GBSI was a subcontractor to ERG, Inc. on two task orders with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, working closely with the Safety, Health and Environmental Management Division (SHEMD) of the Office of Administration and Resources Management. First, GBSI performed an assessment on the SHEMD Administrative and Resources Management (ARM) Team. GBSI performed an assessment of the administrative resources team of SHEMD and developed recommendations to SHEMD for an Administrative Management Improvement Program. GBSI also proposed a Financial Management Improvement Plan, which included a validation of a newly-developed budget, contracts and financial management tracking system.
Second, GBSI completed the first steps to review a requirements analysis document for a SHEMD Management Information System. Last, GBSI completed a task to develop a Cost Estimate for SHEMD to move a CD-ROM based training program to a web-based training program.
